Watkins Glen International (bijnaam "The Glen") is een racecircuit gelegen in de buurt van Watkins Glen, New York aan de zuidelijke punt van Seneca Lake. Het werd ontworpen in 1947 door Cameron Argetsinger. Dit circuit was gedurende een lange periode bekend als de thuisbasis voor de US Grand Prix, die er plaats vond gedurende 20 opeenvolgende jaren (1961 - 1980). Oorspronkelijk was het circuit een 10,5 km lang wegenparcours, maar het werd in 1953 na een serie ongelukken verbouwd tot een circuit van 3,5 km. Na 1970 werd het circuit ingrijpend gewijzigd, onder andere door een nieuw deel van 1,8 km met vier bochten. Het maakte van een gewoon circuit een uitgesproken lastig parcours. De eerste race op het vernieuwde parcours werd gewonnen door François Cevert. Twee jaar later zou hij er tijdens de kwalificaties verongelukken, nog een jaar later liet Helmut Koinigg er het leven. Behalve qua veiligheid was het circuit ook niet ideaal voor de veeleisende sponsoren en het smerige moeras eromheen paste slecht bij het glamourbeeld van de sport. Alan Jones won in 1980 de laatste Grand Prix op "The Glen"

Naast de Formule 1 werden er eveneens races gereden voor hetChamp Car kampioenschap. In 2009 worden er onder meer racesgehouden uit de verschillende Nascar kampioenschappen en de IndyCarSeries.

Camp, and bring in your food and cooking and tent/RV. Great family experience. Bring ear protection for races. Walmart in town has everything. Nice stores downtown too.

Park in Lot 5 close to the footbridge. Bring your own soft sided cooler with beer, drinks, and food. Very easy to settle in for a full day of racing!

Track staff is always friendly, make the events fun and driving the track is always a great time.

Pay the money for laps with a pace car. Everything about this place is great. Attend the vintage grand Prix as you will not be disappointed.
