This is a development script for The Simpsons episode 8F23: Brother, Can You Spare Two Dimes? Episode aired on August 27th, 1992. This script dates twelve days after the revised table draft, and was further developed and revised during the creative process before it was finalized.

The original story structure and George Foreman are still here; the main difference between this and the revised table draft is trimming down the script for length. Differences unique to this draft include Herb inventing the concepts of "house" and "coat", a different explanation on how Barney managed to knock out George Foreman, Herb recounting how he ate a pigeon, Herb threatening to hit Homer during the game of Monopoly but not actually doing it, yet another version of the voting scene, and the Baby Plane landing on Red Square (referencing the 1987 incident with Mathias Rust.)
