Tracy was born in Decatur, Illinois and she graduated from Douglas MacArthur High School. She went on to become an administrative assistant for Marcus Family Office. Tracy was an avid Chicago Bulls fan and she adored her two bulldog companions. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
