I knew when I moved here from California that I would need to update my estate plan and trust to be in line with South Carolina laws. I researched estate planning firms, and Kuhn & Kuhn’s reputation was stellar. I still decided to attend on the the hotel seminars to make sure I liked the principals. It was so informative! I moved forward and Mr. Kuhn made sure I was all set with all my documents. Over the 10 years, I continue to make updates when needed, and I also call with questions. And it’s great to know they’ll answer questions included in the purchase of your estate plan. I highly recommend the firm. Gives me peace of mind!

We learned enough about the advantages of having a living trust and the significant financial risks and downside of not having one. We came to the seminar with the original mindset that our estate was not large enough for a living trust; this perspective vanished toward the end of the seminar.Kuhn & Kuhn is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. As such, I learned that this firm has higher standards of excellence in their practice resulting from the continuing education, practical support and network of other estate planning attorneys able to provide support for clients with financial interests in other states.Finally, we learned that the additional personal support and assistance included in the fee became a key advantage when we discovered the various investment firms in different states all had different forms and their own ways they wanted them completed. Our K&K attorney, Justin Tapp was quite patient and made a big difference in helping us complete all these different forms.
