Inside the Cracked White Pipe Cave. Upon arriving at the chamber that overlooks the cavern below with the Molar, throw an explosive at the cracked rock below to destroy it and make a passage. Then go around, dive underwater, and swim up into the cavern that was previously blocked by the rock.

Inside the Black Widow Lair. Gain access by destroying the Cracked Rock blocking the cave entrance with an explosive. Then drop down into the lair. Defeat the Widow as needed, then run up and around to the ledge with the Molar.
